  1. Connect - the first phone call is always the hardest. On our consultation call, we discover if we are a good fit.. You can ask questions to determine what will meet your needs.

    Transparency is key, and know that therapy is a commitment of time and money. During our conversation we will discuss finances, scheduling needs, and determine the best suited therapies.

  2. Commit - To yourself that you deserve the care and nurturing you give to everyone else. I recommend if possible, that we start off with weekly or biweekly sessions so we can start getting to work and build consistency. We can adjust as time goes and your goals are being met.

  3. Transform- Begin to live in a confident and authentic way, the feelings of being stuck, guilt and shame will begin to lessen.
