Being a mom is hard enough. Being a mom who doesn’t feel supported is even harder.

Motherhood might look like…

Your Google search is beginning to look like...

  • Am I a bad mom?

  • Why do I have such scary thoughts?

  • Why don’t I want to have sex?

  • Why am I so anxious?

  • If I tell my doctor what’s going on, will they take my baby away?

  • Why do I hate my partner so much?

  • When will I sleep again?

  • Why do I hate everyone right now?

Sleepless nights and feeling isolated, your anxiety is through the roof, scary thoughts, fighting more with your significant other - does it end? Having a baby was supposed to be the most beautiful moment “they” say, but no one warned you about all the other stuff, and you are beginning to wonder if life will ever feel okay again.

Maybe you are a new mom, or have been a mom for a while…and you are noticing your mood is unstable, one minute you are crying and the next you are angry. You are having  intrusive thoughts of hurting your child but you are scared to tell someone because you are scared they will take your baby away. Or you’ve noticed you are angry at your mother for all the things she has done and you swear you are going to not end up like your parents but unsure of how to change those behaviors

Or you love your child, but did you make a big mistake? How could this happen? Society tells you this is life’s biggest blessing, but you are feeling like regrets are showing up, and then guilt right behind it…

Warrior Woman - you are NOT alone. The more we talk about what you are going through, the more you see you are not alone.

There is help specifically tailored to you. Whether you are thinking about having a baby, currently pregnant, or just gave birth to your first or a multiple, non-judgmental support is here for you and your family.

You deserve to be nurtured too

It’s time to ditch the anxiety, depression & rage and allow your humanness to exist.

Allow yourself space to be listened to gently, supported, and advocated for. Therapy can help validate your experiences and feelings, a neutral space to be listened to without advice, develop coping skills for the stressors and pain points, and a place to discuss both your emotional and physical wellbeing. We collaborate with members of the community to ensure you have the resources needed.
