I work with clients who are motivated to look at the root causes of their current pain points and experiences, and are seeking effective, long term change for empowering results. I believe in an intentional and tailored- to -you approach so you can experience long lasting change that allows you to be the best version of yourself, and ripples into your family life.
This is therapy for those who are exhausted from traditional talk therapy and ready for effective changes in their mind, body and soul.
What it’s like to work with me…
You’ve done traditional talk therapy, listened to all the podcasts, tried positive affirmations, mindfulness and meditation - but nothing seems to change the way you feel. You feel desperate for some relief, and landed here. Together, we explore how your body stores feelings and experiences, how your mind stores memories, and explore how your brain adapts to new information by incorporating change in both.
As a mother, an Army veteran, a first generation Polish-American, and now a therapist, I have the lived experiences of resiliency and intergenerational oppressions to overcome anxieties, traumas and depressions. In therapy with me, creating a space of feeling safe with yourself is my priority.
My approach is eclectic, collaborative, and trauma informed. My goal is to be attuned to your needs while gently holding you accountable or challenging your beliefs during the process. All your parts are welcome, including your humor part if you have one.
